Location searches

If you choose “use my location”, your browser asks for permission to share a location with the finder. You can refuse and search by town or postcode instead. Location, town and postcode inputs are used to find nearby results; they should be handled transiently for that search, not stored by Unfleeced as precise-location personal information.

Analytics and interaction data

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site usage and performance. Anonymous interaction analytics may also record information such as the action taken, result category, town and ranking position. This helps us improve results without needing your name or an account. We do not intend these events to contain a precise location, full postcode or other directly identifying information.

Save + Plan stays on your device

The Save + Plan feature uses your browser’s local storage. Saved places and plan details remain on that device and browser unless you clear them. Unfleeced does not currently sync them to a user account.

External services and links

The finder may use or link to services including postcodes.io, OpenStreetMap and Overpass, Ticketmaster or Skiddle when configured, Google Maps, Waze and our sister sites. Opening an external link or map means that provider may process information under its own privacy policy. We do not control those services.

Your choices

• Decline browser location permission and search by town instead.
• Clear saved plans through your browser’s site-data controls.
• Use browser privacy or analytics-blocking settings if you wish.
• Choose whether to follow any external map or service link.
